is mainly used for extruding PVC material. PVC material used in extrusion is mainly Powder Resin and Granules. With twin screw extruder, you can directly use powder PVC, which will reduce production cost.

HSJZ-80/156 CONICAL DOUBLE SCREW EXTRUDER
is a high-volume manufacturing unit in which RAW PLASTIC is MELTED and FORMED into PLASTIC PRODUCTS. When coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machines, it can produce many kinds of plastic products, such as PVC Granules,window/door profiles, wall panels, edge banding profile, ceiling board, water supply pipe and so on.
