General Introduction:

HSJ-45 Single Screw Extruder adopts the overall design to strengthen the plasticizing function,  ensure high performance and stable extrusion. Design concept: high speed and high yield extrusion on high level.

Plastic extruder has advanced design, high quality, good plasticization, low energy consumption. It adopts involute gear transmission, with low noise, stable operation, large bearing capacity and long life.

 Advantages:

• New high performance alloy steel is used in screw and barrel, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength and so on.

• There are two kinds of structures in the heating section of barrel, groove and smooth section, which can meet the demand of different raw materials.

• The screw geometric parameters can be customized according to the customer ' s requirements , different raw materials can be used for different products , and the screw adopts different L/D and structure to meet the needs of different customers.

• Designed with  PLC control system. Which will  realize full automatic adjustment of the following downstream equipments of the extruder production line.
